Are you an experienced QA Engineer with a strong background in automation testing? Join our dynamic team to ensure the highest standards of software quality. As a QA Engineer specializing in automation, you will play a critical role in developing and executing automated tests to ensure product quality and performance.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop, implement, and maintain automated test scripts to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and design effective test strategies.
- Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
- Perform functional, regression, performance, and scalability testing using automation tools.
- Continuously improve the automation framework and expand test coverage.
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure high-quality code standards.
- Analyze test results and provide detailed reports on the quality of the product.
- Mentor and guide junior QA engineers in best practices and automation
- techniques.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in automation testing tools and methodologies.
- Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and project deadlines.

**Requirement and Qualification**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 4 years+ of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead QA role.
- Some experience with software testing concepts and methodologies is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of software quality assurance.

**Our Hiring Process**

Pay: From ₹500,000.00 per year
