We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Strategic Partnerships Intern to join our team in Guwahati. The Strategic Partnerships team aims to collaborate with partners and collectively bring Vantage Circle's solutions to the market, increase sales, expand our reach, and access new markets through collaborations with HRMS, Integration, Benefits, and other HR players. The mission is centered on achieving mutual business successes through partnerships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in identifying and qualifying potential partners in target markets to maintain a robust partnership pipeline aligned with Vantage Circle’s goals
- Actively monitor partner pipelines, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to growth strategies
- Understand and follow market trends and share them with the team
- If necessary, set up initial demo sessions with potential partners and be part of the identification journey

- Goal-oriented mindset
- Adaptability and willingness to learn, capable of both independent and collaborative work

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Graduate/MBA (preferred), Prior research experience is preferred.
