**Job Purpose**
- Responsible for Cluster IRU Fiber Projects and Operation functions. Deliver project and operations KPIs as per Organisation requirement
- To develop, implement and govern long term operating models for smooth functioning of IRU operations.
- Meet mobility & enterprise services experience expectation by implementing highest quality of workmanship and cost effective operating model.
- **Enhanced responsibility and accountability for Inhouse operation**

**Key Result Areas/Accountabilities**
- Responsible for circle IRU Opex forecast and control.
- Coordinate with circle project & operation team for optimal utilization of Fiber Capex to deliver best in class and scalable fiber infrastructure with resiliencies to ensure high standard network uptime.
- Developing, onboarding and Operationalization of IRU partners to deliver additional fiber requirements of VIL.
- Deliver IRU Project & Operational KPIs and SLAs by working closely with circle teams & MS partners.
- Achieve operational excellence by driving process standards and automations for entire transmission requirement with IRU partners.
- Ensure HSW compliances

**Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience**
- 10-15 years of Telecom experience and Proficiency in understanding overall transport NW architecture and key cost drivers.
- Understanding of IP/MPLS & Optics NW architecture to build scalable fiber NW
- Sound understanding of Opex and budgetary skills to derive best out of NW at lowest possible cost.
- Should employ a specific time management strategy to ensure closure of fiber projects on fixed time periods.
- Commercial and legal understanding for closure of contract and agreements with IRU partners to get better KPIs and cost factor advantage.
- Strong Stakeholder management, Negotiation skills and Strategic mind set to make win-win alliance with TSP partners and IRU partners

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**
- Should have B.tech/B.E
- 10-15years of Telecom experience
