Job Title: State Coordinator

Position Type: Full-Time

Job Overview: The State Coordinator/Team Leader is responsible for the overall implementation of the skill development and entrepreneurship project in a particular state. This includes working with Samagra Shiksha officials to ensure that the project is aligned with state and national priorities, as well as managing and coordinating the work of the project team.

Qualifications and Experience:
1. A post-graduate degree in Management or a relevant discipline.

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of skill development or entrepreneurship projects.

3. Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successfully implementing projects.

4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage effectively with multiple stakeholders.

5. Leadership abilities to guide and motivate the project team.

6. Knowledge of government policies and procedures related to skill development and entrepreneurship initiatives is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Implementation:
Oversee and manage the entire training assignment at the state level.

Ensure the successful execution of skill development and entrepreneurship projects, meeting all project objectives and milestones.

2. Liaison with Samagra Shiksha: Establish and maintain effective communication and collaboration with Samagra Shiksha officials to facilitate project coordination. Regularly update and report project progress to Samagra Shiksha authorities.

3. Representation: Serve as the primary point of contact for our organization at the state level for all project related activities. Act as a bridge between the organization and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth project operations.

4. Monthly Meetings: Attend monthly training meetings with Samagra Shiksha officials concerned to discuss project status, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. Provide updates, insights, and recommendations during these meetings to align project activities with the objectives of both organizations.
