Job Description for Facilities Executive (FE)
Operational Management:
- **Space Management**: Efficiently manage and optimize the use of space within the facility.
- **M&E (Mechanical & Electrical)**: Oversee the maintenance and operation of mechanical and electrical systems.
- **Safety and Security**: Ensure the safety and security of the facility and its occupants by implementing and monitoring safety protocols and security measures.
Financial Management:
- **CAPEX & OPEX**: Manage capital expenditures (CAPEX) and operational expenditures (OPEX) effectively to ensure financial efficiency.
- **Cost Control Initiatives**: Implement initiatives to control costs and improve financial performance.
Vendor Management:
- **Negotiations**: Conduct negotiations with vendors to secure favorable terms and conditions.
- **Contract Management**: Oversee the creation, management, and renewal of vendor contracts.
- **Procurement**: Manage the procurement process to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.
- **SLAs (Service Level Agreements)**: Ensure that vendors meet agreed-upon service levels.
- **Payments**: Manage the timely and accurate payment of vendor invoices.
- **Vendor Contacts**: Maintain a database of vendor contacts for quick and efficient communication.
Soft Services:
- **Housekeeping**: Oversee housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and hygiene.
- **Security**: Manage security services to safeguard the facility and its occupants.
- **Consumables**: Ensure the availability and proper use of consumables.
- **Maintaining ROL (Reorder Level)**: Monitor and maintain reorder levels to ensure continuous availability of essential items.
Project Management:
- **Renovation**: Oversee renovation projects to improve or upgrade the facility.
- **New Fit-Outs Exposure**: Manage the installation of new fit-outs to meet organizational needs.
Transport Management:
- **Cab Services**: Coordinate cab services to meet transportation needs.
- **Routing**: Manage routing to ensure efficient transportation services.
Skills & Qualifications:
- **Good Communication Skill**: Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- **Presentable**: Maintain a professional and presentable appearance.
- **Multilanguage Proficiency**: Proficiency in multiple languages to facilitate communication with diverse groups.
- **Flexibility and Ready to Learn**: Demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
- **Basic Degree**: Hold a basic degree in a relevant field
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
