Assure school building, ground, facility and equipment are operational and health, safety

and security policies and guidelines are met.
- Facility and Transport Management.
- Order custodial supplies and materials needed to maintain school, direct delivery and

warehousing of all school supplies.
- Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards.
- Inspect buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations.
- Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs.
- Ensure the timely maintenance and renewal of AMC of the school assets.
- Supervise all facilities staff (custodians, technicians, groundskeepers etc.) and external

contractors.
- Inspect school buildings and grounds to assure that proper safety, cleaning and

sanitation standards are maintained; responsible for school security /alarm system.
- Plan and implement a preventive maintenance program for school building, swimming

pool and ground.
- Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing

information. Planning & execution of any project in the school.
- Presenting reports as and when required.
- Any other task assigned by the management.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
