- ROLE PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE

CAD officer responsible for conducting quality check of files submitted for disbursement and shall ensure the files meets all the criteria to get disbursement. Ensure thorough verification and quality check of executed loan documents once submitted from Sales and dispatch them for disbursement at mínimal TAT. Ensures the terms and conditions stipulated in the sanction letter are compiled before initiating disbursement

- To manage approx. 50 crore of disbursement under secured asset book of Rural Banking
- To manage files from 40-50 branches of a region and co-ordinate with nearly 15-20 credit officers
- KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE

**Business**
- Post Disbursement Quality check of all the Kisan Pragati Card, Kisan Suvidha Loan and any other new products getting launched under Rural banking
- Ensure timely processing and recommendation to Operations for loan booking
- Ensures the terms and conditions stipulated in the sanction letter are complied before initiating disbursement
- Dispatch of files to the Operations Hub for loan account creation/disbursement, handling of queries raised by operations and resolving them through co-ordination with branch
- Ensure all the documents as per the product guidelines are obtained/arranged in the files before initiating account opening process
- Backend CIBIL or Equifax/High Mark Bureau report generation on the request of Field Team
- Ensure Quality approvals and error free processing of forms (FIFO basis) in line with regular business requirement.
- Must ensure the underwriting quality on a comprehensive approach by escalating where ever breach of guidelines of respective product
- Extend backup and support for PD in absence of credit officer -field
- Imparting training to the Distribution team of Rural banking/microfinance on the KPC, Agri composite loans, and other assigned products on the proposal flow in QC and common errors observed during QC
- Conduct Loan Utilization Checks for the recent disbursement cases as per policy.
- Ensure to participate and drive the successful implementation of technology based projects at backend and field
- Responsible for handling the vendor bills viz., advocate bills, technical valuers bills etc.
- Engage in collections for recovery, follow up for Incremental overdues and non-starters
- To handle tranche disbursements/ sub limit disbursements as per sanction terms and conditions
- Responsible for collection and tracking of AODs from branches and updating it in system through Operations team

**Customer**
- Branch visits and monitor policy and process implementation on field.
- Sample Field visits for end use verification of funds for the disbursed accounts
- Queries raised or Technical errors raised by Branches/field staff/other departments (Distribution/SQ/Audit/IT) are resolved in a timely manner
- Undertake visits in other financial institutions for timely resolution of issues relating customer or staffs of other institution
- Engage with customer for any feedback on the products, policy and process
- Address customer requests such as NDC on account of loan closure, any other requests related to property documents, crop insurance declaration letters etc.

**Internal process**
- Robust QC at backend-Checking the availability of all the documents as per the Kisan Pragati Card/ KSL checklist both in terms of pre-sanction and post sanction documents
- Share critical findings & instances of policy/process violation identified with supervisor
- Ensure completeness of post disbursement documents, follow up for if gaps any
- Ensure that the Issue/ deviations / policy/ process violation are escalated appropriately to the concerned department and supervisors for implementation of penalty matrix.
- Attend audit closure meetings to understand identified issues & take necessary corrective measures.
- To fallow up and collect the pending post disbursement documents through a tracker
- To maintain MIS on Crop Insurance data, tracker on backend credit performance with respect to in TAT and out TAT etc.
- To maintain MIS on the vendor bill (Legal & technical) processed month on month and resolving the issues/escalations pertaining to the same
- Handholding and Assistance to Credit Officers in controlling their Error rates. Error Reports for all such Credit Officers should be shared with them and concerned managers every month.
- Responsible for instructing and execution o
