**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a visionary and dynamic **Founder** to lead the organization’s strategy, growth, and culture. The role requires strong leadership, entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to build teams, drive innovation, and scale the company toward long-term success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Define and execute the company’s vision, mission, and long-term strategy.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
- Lead fundraising activities and maintain relationships with investors and stakeholders.
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing leadership team.
- Oversee operations, financial performance, and overall organizational health.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and customer focus.
- Represent the company at key events, industry forums, and media interactions.
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance, legal, and regulatory frameworks.
- Drive strategic decisions to achieve business scalability and profitability.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
