We are hiring for a Founder’s Office Associate
The Founder’s Office Associate works closely with the Founder/CEO, acting as a versatile person to support diverse strategic, operational, and administrative needs. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills who can jump into various tasks across teams, gather insights, and manage projects efficiently. This person serves as an extension of the Founder/CEO, handling delegated tasks and ensuring smooth coordination across departments.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Data and Metrics Analysis: Work with relevant teams to collect and analyze data across business functions, supporting strategic decision-making. Prepare and present clear, concise reports for management, tracking performance metrics and financial data.
2. Special Projects & Ad Hoc Tasks: Take ownership of ad hoc projects as assigned, whether for internal process improvements, team projects, or investor-related tasks. Assist with research, planning, and implementation of initiatives that support the CEO’s priorities and company goals.
3. Meetings & Documentation:
Organize and conduct regular review meetings with relevant stakeholders to discuss progress, challenges, and align efforts with the overall organizational objectives. Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items for executive meetings.
**Skills & Qualities**
Strong Analytical Abilities: Comfort with data analysis and metrics, able to derive insights and prepare clear summaries. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools
Effective Communication: Able to communicate effectively across teams and convey complex information simply.
Adaptable and Resourceful: Capable of managing multiple types of tasks and stepping into various roles as needed.
Proactive Problem Solver: Identifies and addresses issues independently, with a focus on practical solutions.
Prior experience of working in a high-growth environment is a plus.
