What you will work on: - P&L responsibility for the business line - Ensuring the portfolio growth and quality on Pan-India level for relationships managed - Develop new corporate tie-ups Pan India and design structured finance solutions to suit corporate requirements - Maintain relationships with treasury, purchase, and accounts team of the corporate clients to ensure seamless financing of partners - Work closely with the Tech team to develop systems in order to best serve the corporate clients - Manage existing programs to ensure seamless financing of partners of associated corporates - Strong relationships in the CFO fraternity - Highly driven and motivated individual with ability to get hands-on where required - Ability to manage the performance of a team - Good understanding of Financial Products and Credit - Strong understanding of processes and ability to have numbers at fingertips Qualification and Experience: - 6+ years of supply chain finance experience - Master’s degree (MBA preferred) from a reputed institute or a CA/CFA degree with relevant experience - Have experience in scaling sales through a resource-lean model - Role Category: - All Categories **Location**: - Mumbai, India, Asia Employment Type: - Full time **Key Skills**: supply chain financedealer financebusiness development
