**1) Primary Function**

To handle Distribution Accounting & Finance Controlling, supporting Supply Chain MIS activities along with maintenance and hygiene of Financial Systems and Processes

**2) Working Relationships**:Reports to the Manager - Finance

4) Principal Duties & Responsibilities
- Include all essential job functions
- This section should include the primary day-to-day responsibilities & activities of the position. These should represent the core of the job duties
- End to end responsibility of Distribution / Logistics function accounting & controlling
- Maintaining Balance sheet GL recons for Distribution Function
- Working closely with Distribution team on month end closing, invoice processing, Freight cost analysis
- Analysis of distribution /logistics Freight cost by element and highlighting reasons for variance vs Forecast & Budget
- Responsible for preparing monthly Supply Chain Finance MIS reports and analysis for internal / external stake holders
- Inventory Analysis: Preparing monthly trend line reports for inventory by ingredient level. Highlighting variances & deep diving into reasons for the same.
- Price & Volume Variance: Preparing & Analysing Price & Volume Variance at ingredient level and discussing with Supply Chain Finance head.
- KIMM Savings Report: Working closely on identified cost savings projects and reporting the savings number on monthly basis

**6)** **Preferred Education &** **Experience**
- List the minimum amount of education and/or experience required to perform the job. Be specific in terms of the type of experience required
- Inter CA / M. Com with minimum work experience of 2-3yrs
- Preferred exposure in SAP ERP or Oracle ERP
- Proficient in MS excel & powerpoint
- Good at interpersonal skills

Job Location: - Powai Location

Working Days: Monday to Friday
