**Job Description: Supply Chain Associate/Admin**

**Responsibilities**:
**Supply Chain Associate Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the coordination of supply chain activities, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
- Monitor inventory levels and track shipments to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and source new products.
- Prepare purchase orders and ensure accuracy of order details, including quantities, pricing, and delivery instructions.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, purchases, and shipments using inventory management software.
- Assist in the resolution of supply chain issues and discrepancies, escalating as needed to ensure timely resolution.
- Support the development and implementation of supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, production, and logistics, to coordinate supply chain activities.
- Attendance management for on field personnel
- Conducting overall internal complaint system
- Formulating strategies for the complaints handling
- Managing resources (human and product based) in office
- Maintaining records of performance of employees
- To prepare incentive calculation basis inputs received from Operations manager
- Aligning with other departments and handling their demands.
- Developing and maintaining filing systems
- Delegating tasks and ensuring that they are completed in accordance with existing policies and procedures
- Work cross-functionally with business development, marketing, technology and finance team to ensure the timely and successful delivery of the solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
- Oversee facilities services and maintenance
- Organize and supervise other office activities
- Adhere to policies and regulations
- Keep a check on smooth regulation amongst the employee, there duties towards the job and success rate in each department and employees assigned on the respective project in the company.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field preferred.

Previous experience in supply chain management, logistics, or procurement is a plus.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Familiarity with inventory management software or ERP systems is advantageous.

Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
