Through our Smart Sell initiative, customers effortlessly sell used appliances and enjoy a guaranteed buyback of used appliances within 5 years in our Assured Buyback plan.Job Description: Supply Chain Associate **Location: Chakala, Andheri (Work from office)** **Position Overview**: We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Associate with 1-3 years of experience in the electronics industry to oversee the transportation of consumer durables from customers' locations to designated drop points nationwide. The Supply Chain Associate will play a pivotal role in coordinating with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities**: - Coordinate the pickup of used appliances from customers' locations, ensuring accuracy and reliability. - Arrange transportation and logistics for the delivery of appliances to designated drop points across India. - Manage and optimize the flow of products through collaboration with logistics partners. - Monitor transportation schedules and ensure adherence to delivery timelines. - Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to pickups, deliveries, or transportation. - Maintain clear communication with logistics partners to ensure smooth operations. - Track and report on key logistics metrics, such as pickup and delivery times and transportation costs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. - Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to logistics and transportation. - Maintain accurate records and documentation related to logistics activities. **Qualifications**: - **1-3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in the electronics industry.**: - **Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.**: - Strong understanding of logistics processes, including transportation management and coordination. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. **Salary**: From ₹250,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Flexible schedule - Health insurance - Paid sick time - Paid time off - Provident Fund - Work from home Schedule: - Day shift - Monday to Friday Application Question(s): - How soon you can join us in days? - What is your current salary p.a. ? - What is your expected salary p.a. ? **Experience**: - total work: 1 year (required) - Home Appliance Industry: 1 year (required) Ability to Commute: - Chakala, Mumbai, Maharashtra (required) Work Location: In person **Speak with the employer** +91 7710866266
