**Responsibilities**:
**Recruitment Strategy**:Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Leverage your deep industry knowledge gained from Starbucks, CCD, and other relevant experiences to identify and attract top talent.

**Market Insights**:Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and talent availability within the hospitality sector.
Use your in-depth understanding of Starbucks, CCD, and similar brands to tailor recruitment strategies to attract professionals with relevant experience.

**Collaboration**:Partner closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their unique staffing needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
Act as a trusted advisor to hiring teams, offering guidance on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.

**Selection and Onboarding**:Facilitate the interview process, coordinating with interview panels and scheduling interviews.
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

**Salary**: ₹780,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Restaurant management: 5 years (preferred)
