- Manage end-to-end **warehouse operations** including inbound, storage, outbound, and returns.
- Coordinate closely with **transporters and customers** for all dispatches from warehouse till **last-mile delivery**.
- Monitor **daily dispatch schedules**, vehicle placement, and shipment status in real-time.
- Bridge gaps in **timely delivery** by tracking delays, communicating proactively, and ensuring corrective actions.
- Conduct **root cause analysis** of delayed deliveries and implement preventive measures.
- Use **WMS and TMS systems** for order tracking, stock visibility, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate documentation - billing, e-way bills, PODs, and delivery records.
- Do mail communication with transporter/customer and other partners.
- Prepare daily/monthly/yearly reports making.
- Prepare presentation on data PPT analyses data presentation
- Generate daily MIS, delivery performance reports, and highlight exceptions to the client.
- Good command on Excel Power point, word, SAP etc.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
