  • Manage daily warehouse activities, including inward, Dispatch, Storage, picking, and packing, to ensure efficient and accurate processes.

    Inventory Management

    Transportation Management
  • Implementing effective logistics plans, optimizing routes and scheduling deliveries and

  • Coordinate with reverse logistics for timely pickup of goods from sites, repair of faulty goods and reduce TAT.
  • Timely submission of transportation bills for payments.

    Compliance and Maintenance of Records
  • Ensure E-way bills are generated as per norms with zero tolerance
  • Ensure filing the inward & dispatch documents order date-wise with all relevant papers, scanning daily.
  • Acknowledgements to be maintained for every dispatch with stamp, signature, date and entity/name of the person accepting the goods.

    Insurance of goods
  • Filing of insurance claims, supervising and making sure insurance claims can be processed faster.
  • Establish data for insurance renewals.
