**Position Summary**
The Logistics and Documentation Executive is responsible for managing and overseeing documentation processes, logistics coordination, compliance maintenance, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. The role involves handling shipping documentation, coordinating with logistics partners, maintaining compliance records, and supporting HR functions like attendance reporting.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Documentation Preparation and Processing**:

- Prepare invoices and packing lists accurately and on time.
- Create and attest Certificates of Origin.
- Prepare and attest CEPA certificates.

**Logistics Coordination**:

- Generate airway bills on courier partners’ websites (e.g., Aramex, DHL).
- Coordinate daily logistics for the movement of documents, parcels, and shipments using partners like WeFast, Porter, Aramex, and DHL.
- Update the order tracker on the website and Google Sheets.

**Time and Attendance Reporting**:

- Monitor and generate time and attendance reports using software to facilitate accurate salary processing.

**Compliance and Record Maintenance**:

- Maintain documentation and records for SMETA compliance to ensure alignment with company standards and ethical practices.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in creating and managing shipping and logistics documents.
- Familiarity with courier and logistics platforms (e.g., DHL, WeFast, Aramex).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of compliance requirements (e.g., SMETA).
- Basic understanding of HR software for time and attendance tracking.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and reporting.
- Good communication and coordination skills

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in logistics, export documentation, or related fields.
- Knowledge of CEPA and Certificate of Origin requirements.
- Experience in handling international shipments and customs procedures.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- Timely preparation and submission of documentation.
- Accuracy in invoices, airway bills, and compliance records.
- Efficient coordination of logistics with mínimal delays.
- Up-to-date maintenance of order trackers and attendance reports.

**Work Location**:This role is based on-site in Bhiwandi
**Reporting To**:Accounts Department Head

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:
