Job Description: Logistics Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:
1) Understand current logistics contracts (courier/PTL/transport) completely

2) Monitor performance of different carriers across different regions & make changes to future shipments accordingly

3) Study MIS reports of all contract carriers & prepare list of delayed parcels

4) Resolve disputes & differences with logistic partner + customers if delay/damage/loss in material arises

5) Respond & solve all issues raised by sales executives

6) Study & evaluate strengths of individual carrier to reduce delivery time to customer

7) Create MIS to find out applied charges in company’s tax invoice against actual charges applied by carrier

8) Co-ordinate with all sales co-ordinators & help out with logistic related queries

9) Aim to increase efficiency by reducing delivery period for all customers

Skills Required
- Proven experience as logistics coordinator
- Experience in customer service will be appreciated
- Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
- Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of Tally (ERP)
- Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of computer operating along with MS Office
- Degree in business administration, logistics or related field preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
