Co-ordinate with country fleet sales teams to collect all required data to respond to customer or prospect's requests for tender

Co-ordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure appropriate internal approvals are in place and that customer receives all required documentation as part of the tender process

Produce draft tender documents in co-ordination with bid-desk team members

Update key PEA tender tracker tools on a regular basis and prepare management reports including conclusions and recommendations

Support Bid-Desk Manager for preparation and animation of Fleet community meetings - community calls agenda and minutes, team meetings etc

Act on a list of prioritized prospects developed both autonomously and with marketing support in agreement with the Fleet Sales Leader

Prepare Prospects presentations, documents, term sheets/proposals, pricing model, Master Lease Agreements

Negotiate, close and sign agreements in conjunction with cross-functional team

Abide by all internal selling procedures such as CRM updates and monitoring

Execute on activities of Integrated Business (Cross-Selling) ensuring the best customer value proposition is deployed

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business development: 2 years (required)
- Lead generation: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 3 years (preferred)
- Sales: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
