Habitbev, a franchise of **Bailley** by **Parle Agro**, is committed to providing high-quality packaged drinking water. As we expand in the Coimbatore market, we are seeking a motivated and target-driven Sales Officer to help boost our reach and increase sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth by building and maintaining relationships with retailers, distributors, and key clients.
- Actively prospect and identify new sales opportunities within the designated territory.
- Execute promotional plans and activities to maximize brand visibility and boost sales.
- Monitor sales performance and provide feedback on competitor activities and market trends.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by managing queries, resolving complaints, and following up on orders.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and maintain stock levels at retail points.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the Sales Manager.
- Engage in regular field visits to understand the local market dynamics and continuously improve sales strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG or the beverage industry.
- Strong understanding of sales and negotiation techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with the Coimbatore market is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic sales reporting.
