Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Administer and maintain Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc.)
- Configure and customize Jira projects, workflows, permissions, and issue types
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights across Atlassian tools
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions
- Perform regular system updates, backups, and ensure data integrity
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Develop and maintain documentation for configuration, processes, and procedures
- Provide technical support and training to users on Atlassian tools
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure optimal use of Atlassian products

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Atlassian Administrator or in a similar role
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and other Atlassian tools
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience with scripting and automation (e.g., Groovy, Python, REST API)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Atlassian certifications (e.g., ACP-100 Jira Administrator) preferred

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with CI/CD tools and processes
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
- Knowledge of database management and SQL
- Experience with plugin management and marketplace apps
