Key Responsibilities_

**Internal Communication**
- Develop and implement internal communication strategies to keep staff informed and motivated.
- Coordinate with different hospital departments to streamline communication flow.
- Organize staff meetings, newsletters, and internal events to promote engagement and a positive work culture.
- Handle communication during internal crises to maintain clarity and morale.

**External Communication**
- Build and maintain relationships with external doctors
- Draft press releases, statements, and articles to highlight the hospital’s achievements, new initiatives, and services.
- Plan and execute campaigns to promote the hospital's image and services in the community.
- Coordinate hospital events such as health camps, awareness programs, and CSR activities.

**Patient Relations**
- Address patient queries and feedback in collaboration with the patient experience team.
- Ensure clear communication of hospital policies, services, and health tips to patients and visitors.
- Work with medical staff to develop informative and educational content for patients.

**Reputation Management**
- Monitor the hospital’s public image and manage its reputation proactively.
- Respond promptly to negative feedback, complaints, or crises to minimize reputational damage.
- Maintain a positive social media presence and ensure consistent messaging across platforms.

**Collaborations and Partnerships**
- Build relationships with community organizations, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
- Assist in developing partnerships to enhance the hospital’s visibility and credibility.
- **Skills and Qualifications**_
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum one year experience
- Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media management and PR tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and policies is a plus.
