Handling all the activities relating to the RTO including keeping records for handling over of the RC book to the customer.
Maintaining all RTO register Forms/ Log Book/ Commitment and follow ups.
Inform Delivery manager of all the documents required for registration of vehicle from the customer.
Prepare RTO check list before the cut off time and get signature from the managers.
Create DD for registration and complete documents required by Authority.
Obtain customer registration number, slip and RC.
Handover all registration documents to delivery Manager and confirm handover to customer.
Daily RTO registration coordination and take vehicle to the RTO office and read the paper and bring the vehicle safe for the delivery.
Coordinating with RTO brokers if needed to generate desired registration numbers, where applicable.
Ensure Showroom is kept to Company Visual Standards.
Maintain Product Knowledge.
Hire, Train, and Develop Sales Staff.
Negotiate Deals with Customers.
Monitor Store and Employee Key Performance Indicators.
Monitor The Reception Calls and RTO documentations
Answer Phone calls
Welcome Customer and Clients
All RTO check list and documentations management and handover to the RTO In charge
Follow-ups with the customer booking and RTO registration date and fitting follow Ups
Serve First line to the RTO queries to the confirmed booking customer and make sure all documents collected.
Generating the document and check list of the RTO schedule and coordinating with the higher officials for exact date of RTO and deliver.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Mumbai - 400080, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- RTO: 1 year (preferred)
