We are hiring Area Sales Managers Commercial Vehicle Finance to drive fleet financing business across key regions. This is a high-impact sales role focusing on heavy commercial vehicle (HCV) loans targeted at fleet owners operating 20+ vehicles (trucks, trailers, etc.).

Responsibilities:

  • Source and close new and used HCV finance deals
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with fleet operators, OEMs, and dealers
  • Manage end-to-end sales process from lead generation to disbursement
  • Achieve disbursement and portfolio growth targets (monthly/quarterly/annual)
  • Evaluate fleet operator business models, revenue cycles, and asset utilization
  • Structure deals and negotiate pricing, collateral, terms, and repayment plans
  • Work closely with Credit, Risk, Legal, and Ops teams to ensure smooth deal closure
  • Ensure portfolio health, timely collections, and manage delinquencies
  • Regularly travel within assigned territory for client engagement
  • Share market insights with leadership for product/process improvements

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience: 8–15 years in commercial vehicle finance with NBFCs, banks, or vehicle finance companies
  • Proven track record in sourcing and closing fleet/HCV finance deals
  • Must have experience working with fleet owners managing 20+ heavy vehicles
  • Deep knowledge of HCV market, fleet operations, residual values, and industry dynamics
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
  • Education: Graduate/Postgraduate (Preferred: Finance, Business, Engineering)
