**Role and responsibilities**:

- Supervision of day-to-day administration.
- Making regular updates for LinkedIn.
- Follow up in the inquiries in India Mart, exporters India etc.
- Serving visitor by greeting and directing them appropriately.
- Notifying appropriate person of visitor’s arrival
- Answering phone calls.
- Making travel arrangements.
- Proper accounting controls and to support and recommending policies and procedures to finance head.
- Ensuring smooth flow of cash on daily basis.
- To support clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions during the time of Audit.
- Disbursing the sanctioned amount to team, vendor, etc.
- Extending support to other departments as and when required.
- Making data entries In Tally & excel
- Follow up on the payables and receivables
- Filing and managing the records.
- Provide advice and assistance in making decision in the areas of finances, analysis and accounting as requested by management.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month

- Day shift

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
