**Job Title**: Field Sales Coordinator
**Location**: Delhi (Travel to client offices required)
**Reports to**: Sales Manager

We’re looking to expand our sales team and are seeking an enthusiastic, skilled, and goal-driven **Field Sales Coordinator** to promote our brand and services, generate leads, and drive sales growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation & Cold Calling**: Identify and reach out to new leads, building a strong client pipeline.
- **Client Visits & Presentations**: Visit clients to present Wee Print’s services and develop business relationships.
- **Sales & Negotiation**: Convert leads into customers, achieve sales targets, and negotiate deals.
- **Follow-Up & Relationship Building**: Stay connected with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Market Research**: Keep up with industry trends and competitor activities to improve sales strategies.
- **Reporting**: Track sales progress and update CRM to report on sales performance.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work with the team to improve sales tactics and share insights.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Strong Communication & Presentation Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade clients. Must be comfortable presenting to clients and responding to questions effectively.
- **Sales Skills**: Proven track record in B2B sales or client-facing roles, with the ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- **Goal-Oriented & Self-Motivated**: Motivated to achieve and surpass individual and team sales goals. Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- **Client-Focused**: Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.
- **Travel**: Willingness to travel for client meetings and presentations.
- **Education**: A degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in sales or customer relations is preferred. Experience in print, media, or related industries is a plus.

**Working Hours & Benefits**:

- **Timing**: 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM, Monday to Saturday (Sunday Off)

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
