Job Summary:
The Field Coordinator is responsible for executing field operations, ensuring smooth

implementation of projects and programs on the ground. This role serves as basic field work

ensuring that activities are aligned with organizational goals, timelines, and budgetary

constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure smooth execution of project activities at the field level.
- Mobilize community participation in initiatives (health camps, awareness drives, food

distribution, etc.).
- Coordinate with local stakeholders (Hospital Authority members, school officials, etc.).
- Track the progress of field activities and maintain detailed records ensuring timelines and

accuracy.
- Submit timely reports to head office.
- Identify gaps, challenges, and suggest process corrections.
- Collect baseline, midline, and end line data as per project requirements.
- Ensure accuracy in surveys, beneficiary lists.
- Coordinate with government departments, hospitals, for permissions, collaboration, and

resource alignment.
- Visit Hospitals for ensuring smooth procurement of Health cases for our Jeevan Jyoti

Program.
- Identify potential issues or risks in the field and develop mitigation strategies.
- Support training and on boarding of other or new field staff.
- Ensure health, safety, and security procedures are followed in the field.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in project management, social sciences, international development, or

a related field. (Master’s preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Possessing the quality to deliver work on set timelines and with complete accuracy.
- Ability to work independently or in challenging environments.
- Knowledge of local languages and customs (preferred, if applicable).
