**Job Summary**:
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact between Field Sales Officers and Head Office.

Connect with MRs daily to gather feedback, concerns, and field-level insights.

Record, organize, and follow up on queries raised by field teams.

Communicate field issues to the relevant departments at Head Office and ensure resolution.

Maintain clear documentation and reporting of field interactions and action points.

Support field teams with operational challenges and coordination requirements.

Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.

Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to optimize field productivity.

**Requirements**:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector, preferably in a field role (e.g., Medical Representative).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle field-related challenges and work in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Based in or willing to relocate to Delhi or Mumbai.

Graduate in any discipline (B.Sc/ B.Pharm preferred).

**Preferred Qualities**:
Hands-on field experience in pharma sales.

Problem-solving attitude and team collaboration mindset.

Organized, with attention to detail and follow-through.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
