Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and generate demand for our dermatology-focused nutraceutical products among dermatologists and skin clinics.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals.
- Conduct product presentations, detailing, and scientific discussions to drive prescriptions.
- Execute sales strategies and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to provide timely feedback to the marketing team.
- Ensure effective territory management and timely reporting of field activities through CRM tools or daily call reports.
- Organize and participate in doctor engagement programs, CMEs, conferences, and promotional events.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product management teams to implement campaign strategies and promotional materials effectively.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of field sales experience in the pharmaceutical/nutraceutical industry, specifically dealing with dermatologists.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharma preferred) or Life Sciences.
- Strong understanding of dermatological conditions and the benefits of nutraceutical interventions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and highly organized.
- Familiarity with the Delhi healthcare market, especially skin clinics and dermatology networks.
Compensation:
Competitive salary + performance-based incentives
To Apply:
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Supplemental Pay:
- Performance bonus
