**Inventory Management**:

- Monitor and maintain current inventory levels; process orders as required; track orders and investigate problems.
- Oversee the receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.

**Using Tally for Inventory**:

- Utilize Tally software to record inventory transactions and manage stock levels.
- Generate inventory reports and analyze data to forecast inventory needs and minimize variances.
- Perform data entry tasks in Tally related to inventory transactions, including receipts, issues, and adjustments.

**Stock Replenishment**:

- Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams to ensure timely replenishment of inventory.
- Develop and implement strategies to maintain optimal inventory levels and reduce carrying costs.

**Quality Control**:

- Inspect goods received for quality and quantity against purchase orders.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory records and physical stock.

**Reporting and Documentation**:

- Prepare and maintain accurate records and documentation for inventory transactions and audits.
- Generate and present regular inventory reports to management.

**Process Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities to improve inventory control procedures and processes.
- Implement best practices for inventory management to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

**Compliance and Safety**:

- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations related to inventory management.
- Adhere to health and safety standards in all inventory handling and storage operations.

**Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with the purchasing, sales, and finance departments to align inventory levels with business needs.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments regarding inventory issues and updates.

**Required Qualifications Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Relevant certifications in inventory management or supply chain preferred.

Pay: ₹8,373.96 - ₹18,000.00 per month
