**Roles and Responsibilities -**

1. Oversee inventory for both online and offline business.

2. Responsible of manages inventory management database to record deliveries, including the receipt, shipments, stock levels and delivery of all purchased materials

3. Evaluates import shipments and deliveries to improve inventory control procedures.

4. Process Purchasing orders, Price lists as required

5. Preparing MIS reports and forecast daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages.

6. Monitors demand and analyze data to anticipate future supply chain requirements.

7. Records purchases, maintain database, perform physical count of inventory and reconciles actual stock count to computer generated reports.

8. Managing incoming orders from the online portals (like TatCliq, Ajio and Shopify website) including order processing, tracking and fulfillment

9. Managing inventory and portal for matters related to payments, product upload

10. Ensure courier pickups update records on dispatches and track order returns and sale returns.

11. Should know how to put claims and changes to listings, stock updates and promotions

12. Assessing the efficiency of our inventory INV/POS systems and enhancing them as necessary.

**Skills and Experience -**

1. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in handling ecommerce planning and inventory optimization.

2. Excellent organization and time management skills

3. Be able to accurately track inventory and create reports

4. Knowledge of Advance MS-Excel ( Preferable) & Genesis software.

5. Preferable from Gurugram & Delhi

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Quarterly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
