**Role Description**
This is a **full-time, on-site role** for a **Front Desk Admin & Academic Counsellor** at **En-Gate Academy**, located in Rohini, Sector 16, New Delhi.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle walk-in inquiries and manage front-desk operations with professionalism.
- Contact prospective students through inbound and outbound calls (leads provided).
- Conduct **tele-counselling sessions** to explain course offerings and benefits.
- **Convert leads into enrolments** through persuasive communication and consistent follow-ups.
- Maintain student records and update CRM or Excel databases regularly.
- Understand learner needs and recommend suitable courses or training programs.
- Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding of students.
- Meet and exceed monthly enrolment and conversion targets.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly reports with the management.
**Qualifications & Skills Required**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English and Hindi).
- Strong sales, persuasion, and counselling abilities.
- Prior experience in **academic counselling, inside sales, or education services** preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Organized, self-motivated, and target-driven.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education, Psychology, or Business preferred).
