Role Overview As an Academic Counsellor, you will play a crucial role in guiding students, driving admissions, and supporting their educational growth. This is a sales-driven, full-time on-site role based in Rohini. Key Responsibilities Connect with prospective students through inbound leads (calls & emails). Convert leads via outbound calls and explain our services. Understand student needs and provide career/education guidance. Deliver effective online demos showcasing our solutions. Manage CRM/database to track and nurture leads. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets. Report weekly progress and goals to the Manager. Eligibility Criteria 2–4 years of experience in Admissions Counselling / Inside Sales / Outbound Sales / B2C Sales. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
