Job Purpose

Accountabilities

Key Accountabilities
- Conduct risk assessments on potential clients based on previous borrowing history, credit rating, industry experience and other factors
- Investigate real estate properties in question and make assessment about investment ROI
- Will provide analysis, conclusion, and recommendations to determine credit line amounts and communicate this information to the sales.
- Hold personal discussion with prospective customers to obtain credit information to support credit lines and carry out site visits on regular basis.
- Consult with internal and external stakeholders for potential client review.
- Monitor any violations of credit policies, provide analysis, conclusion, and recommendations.
- Develop processes and procedures for evaluating customer financials and setting and
- changing credit lines/limits, as well as credit hold.
- Will generate legal documents used in the credit function for Pre loan & Post loan disbursement documentation is accurate.
- Prepare reports detailing risk assessment findings and other data that contribute to lending decisions

Educational Qualification Graduate/PG
