Job Purpose

Maintaining Existing Policy along with regular review and amendments as per Policy performance

Continues analysis of portfolio on different aspects to manage the risk

Computation of CRAR and Leverage Ratio as per regulatory guidelines

To work on new initiatives in Risk and Policy

Accountabilities

Key Accountabilities
- Understanding business model, financial statements, analyzing various risks based on quantitative & qualitative information
- Developing and reviewing credit and risk policies.
- Providing portfolio analysis reports with trends/statistical findings and financial analysis to manage credit risk.
- Publishing trigger reports on the basis of parameters defined in Policies/product programme.
- Computation of Capital Adequacy Ratio as per regulatory guidelines within turnaround time.
- Preparing Pillar III disclosure document
- Conducting Stress Test on portfolio
- Preparing ICAAP document
- Submission of Regulatory returns within timelines
- Co-ordinating with IT team on system enhancement/changes related to credit risk
- Co-ordinate/assist/manage new projects like implementation of CRAR, score Card etc.
