**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities & Duties**
- Resolve their issues in conjunction with the technical, marketing & creative teams as the situation demands.
- Cross-sell & upsell teachers' training to existing teachers under the supervision of the Business Coordinator.
- Maintain relevant data and generate MIS as needed for business analysis by the management.

**Required Experience, Skills & Qualifications**
- Excellent verbal & written communication in English.
- Good verbal communication skills in Hindi.
- Ability to listen, empathize & analyze.
- Good problem-solving & 'people' skills.
- Enthusiasm to achieve the organization's goals.
- Ability to thoroughly understand the brand, its products & services.
