**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding non-IT professionals.
- Sourcing Channels: Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards (e.g., CareerBuilder, Monster, Indeed), social media, internal databases, and employee referrals to identify and attract top talent.
- Pipeline Development: Build and maintain an active talent pipeline to fulfill both immediate and future hiring needs.
- Market Insight: Stay informed about market trends, industry shifts, and competitive hiring practices across various non-IT sectors.
- Compliance: Ensure all hiring practices are compliant with company policies and federal/state employment laws.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a US Non-IT Recruiter, preferably in a staffing or consulting environment.
- Familiarity with a wide range of non-IT job roles including administrative, customer service, healthcare, logistics, finance, and manufacturing.
- Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM tools, and sourcing platforms.
