US IT/Non-IT Recruiter (6 Months – 2 Years Experience) | Immediate Joiners | Noida (Onsite)

Location: Sector 62, Noida

Shift: Night Shift (7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST)

Employment Type: Full-Time | Onsite

About the Role:

CBL Solutions is expanding our recruitment team We're seeking motivated US IT/Non-IT Recruiters with 6 months to 2 years of experience in US staffing — especially those who have worked directly with clients and are ready to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and qualify candidates for IT and Non-IT requirements.
  • Work directly with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver qualified candidates.
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Utilize job boards, ATS, and professional networks effectively.
  • Maintain excellent communication with candidates and clients throughout the process.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 6 months – 2 years in US IT/Non-IT recruitment (direct client hiring preferred).
  • Communication: Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory).
  • Education: BCA, MCA, MBA, BTech, BBA, or equivalent background.
  • Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
  • Location: Must be willing to work onsite in Noida (Sector 62).
