* Operate and monitor digital printing machines to produce high-quality prints.
- Review job orders and specifications to ensure accuracy before printing.
- Perform machine setup, color calibration, and adjustments for consistent print quality.
- Inspect printed output for defects such as color mismatches, streaks, or misalignment.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of printing machines.
- Manage digital files, layouts, and print queues using relevant software.
- Ensure proper use of materials (inks, toners, paper, fabrics, etc.) with mínimal wastage.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Coordinate with designers, production, and quality teams to meet deadlines.
- Follow safety standards and company policies during all operations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Digital Printing Operator or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of digital printing processes, materials, and equipment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with print software (RIP, color management, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to detect print quality issues.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
- Physical stamina to handle print materials and operate machinery.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in têxtile or large-format digital printing.
- Knowledge of color theory, finishing processes, and print design basics.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
