**Key Responsibilities**
- **Machine Setup & Operation**:

- Prepare printing machines (flexographic, offset, gravure, digital, etc.) for production runs.
- Load substrates (paper, film, foil) and inks as per job specifications.
- Adjust machine settings for color, registration, and print quality.
- **Quality Control**:

- Monitor print quality throughout the run and make necessary adjustments.
- Conduct visual inspections and use measuring tools to ensure accuracy.
- Record production data and report any defects or inconsistencies.
- **Maintenance & Troubleshooting**:

- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of printing equipment.
- Identify and resolve mechanical or printing issues promptly.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for major repairs.
- **Safety & Compliance**:

- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE.
- Ensure compliance with environmental and waste disposal regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
