Organization is leading Printing and Packaging Industry located at Moraiya, Ahmedabad.

An Offset Printing Operator is responsible for the operation and maintenance of offset printing presses. They ensure high-quality print jobs are produced efficiently and meet customer specifications while adhering to safety standards and deadlines. The role involves managing press setup, monitoring print quality, making adjustments, and troubleshooting issues to ensure the smooth production of printed materials.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Press Setup and Operation**:

- Set up and operate offset printing presses, including adjusting settings for ink, paper, and printing plates.
- Ensure proper alignment of paper, ink, and print plates before starting production.
- Load paper rolls or sheets into the press and ensure correct feed mechanisms.
- **Quality Control**:

- Monitor printed materials to ensure quality standards are met, including color consistency, registration, and image quality.
- Perform color adjustments and make necessary corrections to ink distribution.
- Review job specifications to ensure the output matches customer requirements (e.g., size, color, finish).
- **Maintenance and Troubleshooting**:

- Conduct routine maintenance of printing presses, such as cleaning rollers, changing ink, and replacing worn parts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the press, including paper jams, ink smudging, and mechanical malfunctions.
- Ensure the press is running efficiently to meet production schedules.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Follow all safety procedures and protocols while operating printing equipment.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations regarding waste disposal, ink usage, and other materials.
- Report any safety hazards or issues immediately to the supervisor.
- **Production Management**:

- Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and output targets.
- Maintain detailed records of each printing job, including setup parameters, ink usage, and job times.
- Assist in inventory management, ensuring adequate stock levels of paper, ink, and other materials.
- **Customer Satisfaction**:

- Ensure final printed products meet customer expectations in terms of quality, accuracy, and delivery timelines.
- Address any issues raised by clients regarding print jobs

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
