Key Responsibilities

  • Machine Setup & Operation
  • Prepare printing machines (flexographic, offset, gravure, digital, etc.) for production runs.
  • Load substrates (paper, film, foil) and inks as per job specifications.
  • Adjust machine settings for color, registration, and print quality.
  • Quality Control
  • Monitor print quality throughout the run and make necessary adjustments.
  • Conduct visual inspections and use measuring tools to ensure accuracy.
  • Record production data and report any defects or inconsistencies.
  • Maintenance & Troubleshooting
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of printing equipment.
  • Identify and resolve mechanical or printing issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams for major repairs.
  • Safety & Compliance
  • Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental and waste disposal regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
