**We’re looking for a well-versed Office Coordinator with a focus on People and **Culture, having experience working in a Digital Growth Agency.**
As a person, you have a genuine interest in keeping things organized with great attention to detail. You have a high capability to manage several projects in parallel, with the ability to prioritize tasks with great excellence. Being highly self-motivated and responsible, making sure your commitments are delivered within time and with great execution. As a person, you are not afraid to affect the outcome of a task with your own ideas. In summary, the role means:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations.
- Manage and maintain company vendor relationships.
- Coordinate recruitments, both internal and with external recruitment agencies.
- Maintaining office aesthetics and environment making sure office areas are on par with the company brand.
- Maintain the culture of the company by help peers evolve and grow as employees
- Assist in coordinating and planning company events and outings.
- Order lunch, office snacks and drinks.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelors degree in Administration, Hospitality, Human Relations or related field.
- Minimum two years experience of having worked in a similar role.
- Good computer knowledge with hands-on experience working in different systems and softwares such as MS Office.
- Fluent in English in both writing and speech.
- Excellent communication skills.
