Mission

The **Program Coordinator** will ensure smooth planning, communication, outreach, and execution of KACT’s programs — making sure participants, facilitators, and partner organizations are engaged and informed.

Role Summary

The **Program Coordinator** will be the central point of contact for all KACT activities.

She will take ownership of **scheduling, communication, and outreach** — including program logistics, flyers, digital platforms, and community/corporate partnerships — while ensuring participants feel welcomed and programs run smoothly.

**Location**: Onsite - HSR Layout, Bengaluru

Outcomes (What Success Looks Like)
- Ensure timely coordination and smooth execution of all scheduled programs.
- Build effective communication channels with participants, facilitators, and partner communities.
- Establish outreach links with temples, RWAs, corporates, and local communities within 6 months.
- Maintain active KACT presence across flyers, YouTube, Instagram, and website with timely updates.
- Deliver consistent program promotion materials (flyers, announcements, digital posts) for every program.

Technical Competencies
- Fluent in **Kannada, English, and Hindi**:

- Basic proficiency with **MS Office / Google Suite / Airtable**:

- Comfortable working with **social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube)** and coordinating simple content updates
- Ability to coordinate flyer and content creation (with designers/volunteers)

ResponsibilitiesProgram Coordination
- Schedule and organize KACT programs across all categories (core, creative, life skills, community, seva).
- Liaise with facilitators and ensure resource readiness.
- Maintain updated program calendar and attendance records.

Communication & Outreach
- Coordinate creation of flyers and program materials.
- Ensure regular updates to KACT’s YouTube, Instagram, and website.
- Promote programs through both digital and physical publicity.
- Actively build partnerships with RWAs, temples, and corporates for outreach.

Support & Reporting
- Handle participant inquiries and feedback.
- Support logistics during events and workshops.
- Provide simple reports to the core team on program progress.

Qualifications and Experience
- **Education**: Graduate in any field (background in humanities, social sciences, or community work preferred).
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in coordination, outreach, or community engagement.
- **Language**: Must be fluent in Kannada, English, and Hindi.
- **Tools**: Familiar with MS Office / Google Workspace / Airtable; social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube).

Work Environment / Setup
- Onsite role at **HSR Layout, Bengaluru**.
- Involves working some evenings/weekends depending on program schedules.
- Requires active community presence and availability.

Pay: ₹12,933.69 - ₹38,447.29 per month
