Hasiru Dala, which means Green Force, is a social impact organisation that works with waste pickers and other waste workers to ensure a life with dignity. Hasiru Dala is registered as charitable trust and works with waste pickers and informal waste workers to integrate them into the solid waste management of the city and gain access to social protection for themselves and their families.

**Program Coordinator: Circular Economy**

**Education and Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as environmental science, sustainability, business management, economics, or related disciplines is typically required. A master's degree may be preferred for certain positions.

2. Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and evaluate initiatives related to circular economy programs. Experience with project management tools and methodologies is a plus.

3. Previous Operations Experience: 2-3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a related industry such as manufacturing, supply chain management, or waste management. Direct experience in implementing and optimizing operational processes is highly valuable.

4. Supply Chain Knowledge: Understanding of supply chain dynamics and logistics operations, including procurement, production, distribution, and reverse logistics. Experience in implementing sustainable practices within the supply chain and managing supplier relationships is beneficial.

5. Risk Management: Ability to assess operational risks and develop risk mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity and resilience. Experience in identifying potential environmental impacts, regulatory compliance risks, and operational hazards related to circular economy initiatives.

6. Resource Allocation: Proficiency in resource allocation and capacity planning, including budgeting, staffing, and equipment/materials procurement. Experience in optimizing resource allocation to support circular economy objectives while maintaining cost-effectiveness.

**Experience**:
1. Previous Experience: 1-3 years of experience working in sustainability, environmental management, or related fields, with a focus on circular economy initiatives. Experience in program coordination, project management, or related roles is highly desirable.

2. Stakeholder Engagement: Demonstrated experience in engaging with diverse stakeholders including government agencies, businesses, NGOs, academia, and community organizations to drive collaboration and collective action towards circular economy goals.

3. Strategic Planning: Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans, set objectives, and track progress towards circular economy targets. Experience in developing policies, guidelines, and frameworks to support circular economy initiatives is beneficial.

**Skills and Abilities**:
1. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts and ideas to diverse audiences. Experience in public speaking, presenting, and facilitating workshops is advantageous.

2. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyse, and interpret data related to circular economy performance, trends, and opportunities. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software is beneficial.

3. Collaboration and Teamwork: Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement. Experience in leading or facilitating collaborative initiatives is a plus.

4. Adaptability and Initiative: Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities and challenges. Proactive approach to identifying opportunities for innovation and driving positive change within the organization.

**Additional Requirements**:
1. Knowledge of Regulations and Standards: Familiarity with relevant regulations, policies, and standards related to sustainability, waste management, and environmental stewardship. Experience in compliance and regulatory affairs is advantageous.

**Salary**: Rs 30000-Rs 35000
