**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist, advise, and communicate with customers regarding business matters.
- Update customer orders with tracking and shipping details, ensuring accuracy and timely invoicing by the Accounts Receivable (AR) team.
- Provide insights into shipping processes and assist Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) with shipping claims when required.
- Conduct inspections of incoming and outgoing customer orders to ensure accuracy.
- Appropriately package fragile and sensitive equipment for safe transit, including small packages and freight palletizing.
- Document and update customer records based on interactions and transactions.
- Support customers in the claims process as necessary.
- Maintain an inventory of customer assets in storage and track their movement.
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the shipping area and related equipment on a daily basis.
- Handle tasks that require consistent lifting, pulling, and pushing of up to 50 lbs.
- Perform other duties as assigned and assist in special projects as needed.
- Stay up to date with evolving products and services to provide accurate information and support.

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in packaging fragile and sensitive items for shipping, including both small parcels and freight palletizing.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Ability to handle and maintain sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- A team player with a service-oriented mindset, trustworthiness, and the ability to manage priorities effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹11,976.85 - ₹22,000.00 per month
