**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Shipment Coordination**: Oversee the shipping process from order confirmation to delivery, ensuring all shipments are processed accurately and on time.
- **Carrier Management**: Liaise with shipping carriers and freight forwarders to negotiate rates and schedules, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
- **Documentation**: Prepare and manage shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and customs paperwork.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure adequate stock for fulfilling orders.
- **Customer Communication**: Communicate with customers regarding shipment status, delivery timelines, and any potential issues.
- **Problem Resolution**: Address and resolve any shipping-related issues or discrepancies promptly and efficiently.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and company policies, including customs regulations for international shipments.
- **Data Entry**: Maintain accurate records of shipments, returns, and inventory levels in the company’s shipping software.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Strong knowledge of shipping regulations, procedures, and best practices.
- Proficiency in using shipping software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
