This department works closely with both our internal and external customers to ensure FLSmidth equipment’s on time delivery and customer satisfaction.- Role- We are looking to hire a skilled Dispatch / Shipping and Receiving Clerk to provides expertise and best practice implementation about the planning and scheduling discipline, as he/she has a thorough understanding of advanced Planning and Scheduling techniques, Risk Management and analysis, and is able to support the Projects objectives.- Your Responsibilities- Prepare, review, and issue accurate invoices to customers promptly.
- Ensure invoicing data is accurately captured from contracts, purchase orders, and delivery records.
- Resolve discrepancies or issues related to invoices, coordinating with relevant departments as needed.
- Plan and oversee the scheduling and execution of planning tasks and projects.
- Coordinate with planning teams to ensure timely and efficient planning processes.
- Serve as a point of contact for project team, sales team and customers regarding billing inquiries and issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to resolve billing concerns.
- Work closely with the finance, sales, and operations teams to align invoicing processes with business objectives.
- Support the finance team with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- What you bring- In depth knowledge of planning and scheduling process.
- High level of mathematical skills.
- Ability to read and interpret manufacturing drawings.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Hands on experience in ERPs.
