Managing Customer Communication:

- Manning the customer phone line to answer customer queries on the phone, WhatsApp, and ensuring appropriate action is taken
- Converting queries to sales - placing orders for the customer on call / message, sending payment links, and ensuring order completion
- Transferring leads for other channels to the relevant teams

Customer Marketing:

- Responsible for WhatsApp and other communication to customers regarding offers, new
- launches, festive offerings, etc. to drive up awareness and sales
- Regular communication with repeat customers to ensure periodic orders month-on-month

Abandoned Cart Management:

- Outreach to abandoned cart customers on website to ensure conversion

Critical Skills Required:

- 3-4 years’ proven experience in customer experience / tele-caller operations (required)
- Strong communication skills Hindi & English (Must)
- Ability to understand the customer requirement suggest the right products
- Working knowledge of MS Excel (required)

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
