**Job Description - Site Supervisor**

**Key Responsibilities**:
Ø **Design and Planning**:

- Develop plans, designs, and specifications for construction

projects, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and

quality standards.

Ø **Project Management**:

- Supervise construction activities, ensuring the project is

completed on time, within budget, and to the specified

standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other engineers to

ensure project requirements are met.
- Prepare cost estimates and project timelines.

Ø **Site Inspection and Supervision**:

- Conduct regular site visits to inspect progress, resolve issues,

and ensure work is proceeding according to design plans.
- Identify and address any safety hazards or quality concerns on

the job site.

Ø **Analysis and Problem Solving**:

- Analyze data and conduct tests on materials to ensure they

meet quality and safety standards.
- Solve technical problems that arise during the design and

construction phases.

Ø **Regulatory Compliance**:

- Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal

regulations, codes, and safety standards.

Ø **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including architects,

surveyors, environmental engineers, and urban planners.
- Assist in the preparation of environmental impact assessments

and sustainable design recommendations.

**Required Qualifications**:
Ø Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an

accredited university.

**Experience**:
Ø Minimum 5-6 years of experience in civil engineering.

Ø Proficient in engineering design software

Ø Strong knowledge of engineering principles, materials, and

construction methods.

Ø Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ø Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

**Job Type & Work Environment**:

**Working Hours**:10.30 AM to 06.30 PM (May Extend As Per Work - Sometimes)
